Cycling for Libraries -turnee suuntaa tänä vuonna eurooppalaisen vallan keskiöön, Brysseliin. Epäkonferenssikiertue starttaa Amsterdamista ja pyöräilee alavilla mailla ennen kuin saapuu EU:n pääkaupunkiin.
